Book an initial consultation to see if we are a good fit.
STEP 2:
If we decide to work together, we will discuss the best plan of action to meet your goals.
STEP 3:
You will receive customized resources and support to help you along your journey to flourishing.
INVESTING IN YOURSELF
Investing in your mental health might not seem worth it because it is not the same as purchasing a product. When you purchase a product, it’s visible. You can tangibly see the item and know how it’s being used.
But investing in your mental health and wellbeing is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself because it gives you something greater than what can be seen. It gives you life.
PAYMENT METHODS
All rates are tax free! E-transfers and all major credit cards are accepted.
E-transfer eliminate credit card service charges, which allows therapists to retain the full amount.
Clients will be issued receipts to take to their insurance for coverage. Please ensure your service provider covers counsellors. Specifically, Certified Canadian Counsellors (CCC).
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We require a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or rescheduling without a minimum 24-hour notice will incur partial or full fee.
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us.
